Located within the Radisson Tsinandali Estate in Kakheti, this five-bedroom villa stands out with its modern and elegant architecture. The overall character of both the interior and exterior is defined by a refined, calm and welcoming atmosphere.

As part of the project, LightStudio provided lighting calculations and luminaire supply. The track lighting system used throughout the interior provides functional illumination, while the facade lighting, particularly in the evening, highlights the architectural forms of the building and the texture of the red brick used on the facade, further enhancing the villa’s warm and distinctive character.
